At Applewood Pointe of Woodbury, your voice matters. This unique cooperative community is 100-percent resident member-owned. Once United Properties has completed development of a cooperative community and all the homes have been sold, complete ownership is transferred to the resident members. From that point on, all changes to community policies, amenities and more are decided by a board of resident-elected community members.
